Not everyone is ready or able to immediately move forward on a home improvement project. Each client has a different pace and perhaps your project is one that is ‘next season’ or ‘next year’ or ‘after the holidays’ or ‘after tax season’. In any case, the small investment in getting your dreams and wishes down on paper in the form of a design set of plans will give you something to muse over until you are ready to move forward. Our design fee includes a site consultation and documentation of existing conditions, CAD plans in a design set layout, and a Ballpark Estimate in writing to show what the approximate cost to perform the work through Remodeling Dimensions would be.
